Our Process
Acquiring the services of a consultant may be the most value-adding move you make. It is an inclusive process and requires information sharing and interrogation and importantly a sound understanding of the desired purpose for the engagement.
Our process has 5 stages each of which will have its own agreed timeline, conclusion and sign-off.
Needs assessment

Planning and strategy
At this stage, our team will develop action proposals that focus on the clients’ objective(s), based on the information gathered and consultation with client management and staff, through workshops and other consultative tools. Typically a suite of options will be developed and presented to the client to decide on the most appropriate approach. This allows solutions to be customised to clients’ needs that fit within operational requirements and avoids a “template-based” approach.

Implementation
A clearly defined scope of engagement will determine which if any aspect of implementation will be internal or within the scope of the engagement.
